Depending on which package you buy, the free window runs somewhere between three and twelve months. That is not a trick. If you were forming an Alabama LLC anyway, months of agent coverage at no charge is a straightforward benefit, and an owner who takes it has made a sensible decision.

The Number That Starts When the Window Closes

The arithmetic against a flat $99 is not complicated:

• Year two: $149 against $99. A $50 swing.
• Years three through five: $149 each, against $99 each. Another $150.
• Five-year total: roughly $596 with Bizee once the free months are spent, against $495 flat.

The bundle wins the first year and then loses every year after it, which is exactly how bundles are designed to work. The only real question is how long you plan to keep the company. If the answer is a long time, the recurring number matters more than the free one.
