Inc Authority includes registered agent service at $0 for the first year with its formation packages. No asterisk, no partial credit, no hidden setup charge that we could find. For an owner forming a company on a thin budget, a genuinely free year of a service the state requires you to have is meaningful, and treating it as a gimmick would be unfair. Year one is real.

Year Two Is Not Published Anywhere

Here is what we could not find, and we looked properly. The renewal price appears nowhere in Inc Authority's static site content. Not in the FAQ. Not in the premium package descriptions. Not on the homepage. It is not buried in fine print somewhere clever; it is genuinely not there. In practice a number that does not exist on a website is a number revealed at checkout or over the phone, after the free year has finished doing its work.

We will not invent a figure to fill that gap, because guessing at a competitor's price would be exactly the sort of thing this page criticizes. What we can say is structural. Every other provider in this market publishes a renewal. When one declines to, the buyer cannot compare the only number that matters over the life of a business, and the timing of that reveal is not accidental.

Compare Something You Can Read Beforehand

Our Alabama terms are short enough to fit in a paragraph and they do not change after you buy:

• Service of process scanned the day it reaches our office, emailed to you, and filed in your portal.
